Some of the tools used to monitor progress are KRAs & KPIs; Quality Objectives, Customer Surveys, Customer Complaint and Resolution Systems etc. ASL Quality Measurement System ensures that measurements form the basis for making fact-based decisions. Effective and efficient measurement, collection and data analysis techniques are used to monitor ASL’s performance.
