 Arabian International Company For Steel Structure (AIC) is a Structural Steel Engineering, Fabrication and Erection Company established in 1994 to cater for the needs of steel structure products in the construction of Oil & Gas Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, Water & Desalination Plant, Aluminium Smelter, Cement, Industrial Plants, High Rise Buildings, Overhead Electrical Transmission & Telecommunication Tower and has been visualized to become the premier and leading provider of structural steel in Saudi Arabia and neighboring regions.
To better serve and satisfy the growing demands of our wide-ranged clientele, AIC has three fabrication plants today. Our headquarter which housed the main fabrication plant located in Bahra, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is boasting capacity of 10,000 metric tons of steel structures per month. AIC Tower & Galvanizing Plant located in Hadda, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has capacity of 5,000 MT/month of transmission & telecommunication tower , supported by two (2) galvanizing bath which are capable of galvanizing 5,000 tons of steel products per month. AIC fabrication plant in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE with capacity of 5,000 metric tons of steel structures is going to have an expansion to 7,000 MT/month.

 A-Metal is a British brand registered in 1991 which has successfully captured a significant market share in several countries in Europe, the Middle and Far East. Attieh Group Ltd jointly with Saudi Binladen Group acquired this brand and established a production facility in Saudi Arabia registered under Saudi law as 'Saudi Allied Metal Industries' for the manufacturing of 'A-Metal' products (Fixing systems, metal furring system, suspended ceiling tiles and grids, drop in anchors, bolts & nuts, metalbolt, throughbolt, and shell anchor bolt).
A-Metal's global network of specialist agents are spread in many countries including Canada, U.A.E., Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Turkey. All these agents are linked directly to the company's nerve center, the state-of-the-art Design, Customer Service and Technical Support Center and to the A-Metal factory itself, both in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

 Peaks was incorporated in 2001 to fill a niche in the infrastructure development works all through Saudi Arabia mainly in Storm Water Lines, Sewer and Water Lines, Underground High Voltage Electric Cable Lines, Power Substations, Desalination Plants, Oil & Gas ,Transmission Lines.
The country has been aggressively investing in the major development of its sewer network, storm water lines, water distribution network, desalination plants, power generation and distribution lines.
In a short period of time, Peaks has built a very good reputation for itself in these fields.
The founding fathers of the company were Attieh Group and Al Zamil Heavy Industries, one of the few manufacturers of process equipment for the oil and gas industries and for petrochemical, power, desalination plants, Al Muruj Electro-mechanical Company and a group of foreign investors with vast experience in the targeted fields.
