Vision

The ASL HR Department is highly responsive to (the company) vision and we plan and execute our tasks in accordance with the vision of ASL

In support of our company`s principles, values, vision, and mission, it is the Human Resource`s Mission to support the total operation in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource – it`s PEOPLE.

  • ASL “HR`s Vision is to ensure that our human resources are more talented and motivated than those of our competitors as we believe that Humans are our most prized asset, therefore HR`s performance will be measured by comparing the company`s sales, profits, and productivity with those of our top two competitors.” 
  • To continually develop our own repertoire of skills and maintain a balance between our personal and professional lives with dedication to the highest quality of Customer Service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and Company Spirit.
